This one-time vaccination is routinely recommended for adults aged 60 and older.

The vaccine does not give 100% protection, but does significantly reduce your risk of getting shingles in the future.  The level of protection achieved relates to the current age and health status at the time of vaccination.

Please call the PBHC for a nurse appointment at 785-966-8200.

Behavioral Health Service is also Available

The Behavioral Health Service program is a component of the Prairie Band Health Center. Their offices are located in the East Wing of the building.
