Comment Period for Tax on Sales Increase Open Until 10-16-2022

Draft for Potawatomi Law and Order Code Title 10- Tax on Sales, increase from 5% to 6% effective 1/1/2023 are now open for Public Comment by enrolled members of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation through October 16, 2022.

The proposed amendments to Title 10 can be viewed by logging in to the members only site and selecting the folder, “Public Comments on Code.”
