(MAYETTA)The Prairie Band Potawatomi (PBP) Education Department is pleased to announce a new partnership with Bryan University (BU). Tribal members are eligible to receive a tuition rate of $80/quarter credit hour and course work can be completed at the Topeka location or online.
The Education Department is excited to enter into another partnership as we continue to provide educational opportunities for tribal members. With the rising cost of tuition affecting many students’ decision to obtain higher education, the Education Department works hard to offer alternatives to tribal members. This is the third partnership the department has entered. Tribal members wishing to enroll in technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master level degree programs now have several options.
Bryan University approached the Nation with the partnership proposal as a way to increase enrollment of PBPN Tribal Members. BU is committed to assisting tribal members who are interested in programs offered and can provide information and facility tours to interested tribal members contacting the admissions department. Bryan University also works closely with students on all aspects of the financial aid process.
Bryan University (BU) was founded in 1982 to meet employers’ needs for quality, skilled employees. To date, Bryan University serves students and employers in Topeka, Ks.; Springfield, Mo.; Columbia, Mo.; and Rogers, Ar.
