The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation has two openings available on the Employee Disputes Tribunal. Interested parties must be employed by the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation or the Prairie Band Casino and Resort.
In accordance with the PBPN Law and Order Code, two volunteers will be appointed as Magistrates by the Tribal Council.
The purpose of the Tribunal is to provide employees of the Nation’s Tribal Government, including the Gaming Commission and the Judicial Council, with a forum to resolve Tribal government employment-related disputes as defined in Title 22, Employment Code of the Law & Order of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

Prior to taking office, Magistrates shall successfully complete all requirements of the Tribal government Human Resources Department for drug testing and background checks.
