Danita Jo Roloff

Danita J. Roloff, age 58, of Tomahawk, WI, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. Danita was born in Tomahawk, WI, on May 23, 1965, to Duwayne Waubiness and Florance Kuester. She was married to Scott Roloff on April 6, 1991; he passed away on December 20, 2022.
Danita was a lifelong resident of Tomahawk and a 1983 graduate of Tomahawk High School. After high school, she attended Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, WI, where she received her degree in the Administrative Professionals program. Danita was active in softball, pool, dart, and bag leagues. She loved the outdoors gardening, fishing, hunting, and fourwheeling. She also enjoyed pontoon rides, camping, snowmobiling, and motorcycle rides. In her younger years, she raced stock cars. Danita was a loving mom and grandmother who cherished time with her family, especially her granddaughter.
Survivors include her son, Jeremy (Heidi) Roloff, of Ringle, WI; her daughters, Jenny (Jason) Shidell, of Birnamwood, WI, and Brittney Roloff (Ben Smith), of Tomahawk; her brothers, Robbe Welch, of Tomahawk, Henry Welch, of Merrill, WI, and Scott (Tyra) Welch, of Gleason, WI; her sisters, Lori Welch, of Tomahawk, Mickey Hanson, of Tomahawk, and Dianne (Ken) Zubke, of Wausau. She is further survived by her grandchildren, Paizley Smith, and Conrad, Waylon, Spencer, and Liza Roloff. Danita was preceded in death by her father, Duwayne Waubiness; her mother, Florance Welch; her husband, Scott Roloff; her sister, Colleen Welch; her father and mother-in-law, Lawrence and Sue Roloff; her niece, Tanya Welch; her nephew, Jesse Welch; and her sister-in-law, Barb Welch.
