LAC DU FLAMBEAU, WI – David J. Marquez, age 58, of Lac du Flambeau, WI, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at his home. He was born on December 8, 1962, in Chicago, Il, the son of Pedro and Laura (nee Shegonee) Marquez. David is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patti A. Marquez; brothers, Peter Marquez and Susano Marquez, and aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is survived by his son, David J. (Evelyn) Flying; stepchildren, Nichalas (Naomi) Goetsch and Stephanie (Brian) Ernest; siblings, Mario (Peggy) Marquez, Ray Marquez, and Benna Cross; many grandchildren and step-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at the Multi-Purpose Building in Lac du Flambeau. Services will be held from 9:00 – 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at the Multi-Purpose Building.
