Juanita Jessepe is the unofficial winner in today’s Special Run-Off Election for the Tribal Council Person #3 position. There were a total of 736 votes. Jessepe won the run-off with 378 votes over Joyce Kitchkommie Guerrero’s 358 votes.

Any protests to the election results must be filed during the three day protest period. After the protest period is over, the election results are deemed official. A swearing-in ceremony will then take place on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Old Bingo Hall.
