March 23, 2016 – PBPN residents of Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 may notice people walking around with hoses beginning in March and lasting through June 2016. The Holton OEH/IHS is completing a project which includes pumping out the lagoons located near housing clusters 1 and 2. Some hoses may run through peoples backyards, please do not disturb them.
