NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, the 27th day of December 2021. The hearing will be held in the PBPN Bingo Hall, located at 16277 Q Road at 6:30 P.M.
This meeting concerns the application for rezoning of an approximate 50-acre Tribal tract of land (held in trust) from Agriculture-Protection to Planned Development, allowing for higher intensity use. The application is filed by Prairie Band LLC, consisting of the following described property:
A tract of land in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 8 South, Range 15 East of the 6th P.M. Jackson County, Kansas
The property is located east of US Highway 75 and north of 150th road.
All persons interested in the above premises, and all persons owning property in the neighborhood, who desire to be heard either in favor of or against said Re-Zoning are invited to appear either in person or to be represented by agent or attorney.
