NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation (PBPN) Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, the 7th day of April 2025. The hearing will be held in the Planning and Environmental Protection Building, located at 15498 K Road, Mayetta, at 6:30 P.M.
This meeting concerns the application for a special use permit to allow the applicant to place a single-wide mobile home on an approximate 80-acre tract of land. The application is filed by Mitchell and Taylor Sowers, consisting of the following described property:
A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 7 South, Range 15 East of the 6th P.M., in Jackson County, Kansas.
The property is located on O Road north of 198th Road.
All persons interested in the above premises, and all persons owning property in the neighborhood, who desire to be heard either in favor of or against said special use permit are invited to appear either in person or to be represented by agent.
