Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Food Distribution Program would like to do all we can to help with Social Distancing. To assist with this, we have closed our lobby to the public until it is safe for the community to return to normal.
All orders will need to be done over the phone or through email. When your order is received, we will also set up a time for pickup. Please arrive as close to the given time to avoid overlap with other clients. When you arrive, your order will be wheeled out to the loading area for all capable clients to load.
To further limit person-to-person interaction we are also changing the days of availability. Effective Monday, April 13, 2020, service will only be open on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays until deemed safe. While this may seem drastic, we are sincerely only thinking of the community’s safety as we work together to get through this worldwide epidemic.
For clients that are due for re-certification, we are able to extend your case file over the phone without paperwork. However, you must be a current client in order to be extended. New applicants can continue applying through email or by picking up an application in our drive-thru area, there is also a locked drop box to leave your application. Please understand that there is still an income limit for all applicants applying for benefits.
