Posting 30 -Day Comment Period for Draft Title 10 Motor Fuel Tax Ordinance

Draft for Potawatomi Law and Order Code Title 10 – Motor Fuel Tax Ordinance are now open for Public Comment by enrolled members of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation through May 29, 2022.

The proposed amendments to Title 10 can be viewed by logging in to the members only site and selecting the folder, “Public Comments on Code.”
