Prairie Band Casino and Resort will suspend gaming operations at all facilities at 11:59 p.m. on March 17, 2020, as directed by the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Tribal Council in response to COVID-19. The property anticipates re-opening on March 31, 2020.
The change in operation status is to ensure the safety of casino patrons, staff and the local community. “Their safety is our number one priority,” according to a statement released by PBC&R.
Resort guests with future hotel reservations will receive full refunds and full and part-time staff will continue to receive wages and benefits during the temporary closure.
During the limited closure, the company plans to thoroughly clean and perform maintenance to the property ensuring the highest quality product and services.
