The Prairie Band Health Center is coordinating with the Jackson County Health Department to host a mass vaccination event on Friday, March 26, 2021.
Any individuals age 16 and older, residing in Jackson County can sign up through the Jackson County COVID-19 Vaccine Sign-Up or by calling 785-364-2670.
Jackson county residents, who are not Prairie Band Health Center eligible patients, will need to complete the PBHC Vaccination Outreach form. PBHC encourages participants to bring the completed form with them to save time.
