PUBLIC NOTICE
The Title 35 Guardianship and Conservatorship Code is now open for Public Comment by enrolled members of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation through May 25th 2025.
The Title 35 Guardianship and Conservatorship Code can be viewed by clicking the link and logging into the members only site and selecting the “Public Comments on Code” folder or by following THIS LINK.
All public comments shall be received by email at: comments@pbpnation.org or mailed to the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, ATTN: Tribal Attorney’s Office, 16281 Q Road, Mayetta, KS 66509.
All comments received will be reviewed by the Tribal Council.
