PUBLIC NOTICE

A new proposed Chapter 10-7 Franchise Code to the Potawatomi Law and Order Code is now open for Public Comment by enrolled members of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation through February 14, 2025.

The new proposed Chapter 10-7 Franchise Code can be viewed by logging into the members only site and selecting the “Public Comments on Code” folder.

All public comments shall be received by email at: comments@pbpnation.org or mailed to the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, ATTN: Tribal Attorney’s Office, 16281 Q Road, Mayetta, KS 66509.

All comments received will be reviewed by the Tribal Council.
