1.27.22 – Shirley Rice recites the Oath of Office for the Election Board as officiated by PBPN Tribal Chairman Joseph Rupnick.
Shirley Rice was sworn in as a member of the Election Board today during a brief ceremony. PBPN Tribal Chairman Joseph Rupnick officiated the swearing-in.
The Election Board is a General Council Committee of the Tribal Council and conducts tribal elections in accordance with the provisions of the Election Ordinance. Rice joins the Election Board as a regular member after previously serving as an alternate.
