The Safe Kids Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation educational outreach program received a generous donation of $7,526 from the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Bingo on Thursday, July 25, 2019.
Prairie Band Potawatomi Tribal Police Chief Terry Clark and Juvenile Intake Officer/SORNA Coordinator John Hurla were on-site to receive the award presented by staff of the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Bingo.
A portion of the donation will be used to fund a new motorcycle/ATV helmet program for children in Jackson County, Kansas.
