Teri Barr was sworn in today as a District Judge for the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. She is a tribal member and worked as an attorney for the PBPN in 2005-2006. Teri received an associates degree from Haskell Indian Nations University and has English and law degrees from the University of Kansas.
