Title 32 Hemp Legalization and Control Ordinance – Code Open for Comment

Amendments to Potawatomi Law and Order Code Title 32 – Hemp Legalization and Control Ordinance are now open for Public Comment by enrolled members of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation through May 29, 2022.

The proposed amendments to Title 32 can be viewed by logging in to the members only site and selecting the folder, “Public Comments on Code.”
