Potawatomi Law and Order Code Title 32 – Hemp Legalization and Control is open for public comment by enrolled members of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

The proposed amendments to Title 32 can be viewed by logging in to the Members Only portal and selecting the folder, “Public Comments on Code.”

The Tribal Council Resolution and attachments are available now through April 15, 2021.

Any comments can be sent to the Tribal Secretary’s office. All comments received will be reviewed by the Tribal Council.
