Carrie Wabaunsee O’Toole, has resigned her position as a PBPN Tribal Council Member effective November 7, 2016. Mrs. O’Toole served on the Tribal Council for eight years and was re-elected for a third term in August of this year.

During her tenure she served on many boards and committees including the Haskell Board of Regents and the Tribal Interior Budget Committee. She was an active supporter of Indian Health Services and Native American health issues in general. She worked with the Census Bureau, Native Vote efforts and also on Veterans issues.
