Wade Pahmahmie is the unofficial winner in today’s Special Election for the Tribal Council Treasurer position. There were a total of 707 votes. Pahmahmie won the election with 463 votes, over Noah Wahquahboshkuk’s 244 votes.

Any protests to the election results must be filed during the three day protest period. After the protest period is over, the election results are deemed official. A swearing in ceremony will take place on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Old Bingo Hall.
