Winter Weather is upon us, with daily temperatures expected to be extremely low over the next few days. Please take all necessary precautions to keep yourself safe and warm.

– During extremely cold weather, remember to leave your faucets dripping water to avoid freezing pipes in your home.

– If you live in PBPN Tribal Housing, report heating and other issues as soon as possible. If it’s after 4:30 p.m. call Tribal Dispatch to report.

– Be proactive: Stock up on groceries and medications, so you can stay in.

– Remember to check on your loved ones and make sure they are prepared.

– Take care of your animals, be prepared to shelter them.

– If you must go out, dress warmly and try to stay dry – limit your time outside.
