MAYETTA: The Elections Board has announced that since no candidates filed for any of the open seats on the Ethics Commission, the Ethics Commission Election that was scheduled for July 23 has been canceled.
Tribal Council made the determination to officially cancel the election at their May 11 meeting.
There are six positions on the commission and four positions were available. For more information go to http://www.pbpindiantribe.com/ethics-commission.aspx.
The Elections office is a branch of Member Services that also includes the Per Capita and Enrollment offices and are all located on the lower level of the Government Center.
